This belief came alive during Project 86 of the Life is All Positive Kitchen, which took place at the Railway Station in Pune, Maharashtra, India. For many who wander with uncertainty in their eyes and exhaustion in their hearts, a warm meal can feel like a ray of hope—and that’s exactly what this project aimed to provide.

With the culinary support of Hotel Shivsai, 100 wholesome meals were lovingly prepared. The initiative was led by Sanket Janbandhu, who, along with 10 dedicated volunteers, spent over 22 hours ensuring everything was done with care and compassion. The effort was made possible through the kind sponsorship of Dr. Neha Mam, whose generosity gave wings to this act of service.

As the distribution began, a quiet joy filled the atmosphere. People lined up with humble anticipation, and each food packet was handed over with a smile that carried reassurance. The volunteers witnessed the magic of giving. They saw how something as simple as food could lift weary spirits and how kindness could turn a railway station into a place of connection and care. The food nourished the body, but the love behind it nourished the soul. Project 86 reminded us that true service is not about grand gestures—it’s about small acts done with great love. Every packet carried hope, every smile healed a little pain, and every effort built a bridge of humanity.
